The hotel has plenty of character and short pleasant stroll from most of the places. We were welcomed by Alessandro - his service was second to none - ranging from booking the restaurant to advising on the best route to view most of the places of interest. He really made us feel welcomed.

Great location with lots of restaurants, shopping etc . Alessandro at the front desk was amazing. Super friendly and helpful with great recommendations for nearby restaurants etc

Room: The room was nice and fresh. The AC worked well, a life saver during summer. Breakfast: The food that was offered was good, but the alternatives were not many. Nice breakfast area. Staff: The staff was great, very kind and helpful in every possible way. Location: Good, between the train station and the biggest tourist attractions.

The personnel were nice and they even gave us some of my pullovers, which I have left in the room after we were checking out.

I had a room for solo use, so in my experience solo travellers are never given the best rooms.

Location very convenient to reach by foot all the iconic Venezia area but still out of the crowd. Cannaregio still feels more local and has a lot of nice bacari

The room was stunning and quite spacious and grand; aside from our room's beautiful ceilings and floors, throughout the hotel there were gorgeous period pieces and art work. Also the breakfasts were simply delicious! I'd like to thank Alessander at the hotel for helping to make our trip to Venice so memorable and wonderful! Your suggestions of places to go and walking directions saved the day! You are a treasure! You made sure that my friend and I were both comfortable and had the best stay in Venice. You even helped us find seats at a nearby Michelin star restaurant.

Hotel is in a fab location. 10 minute walk from the airport water taxi rank. Lots of shops , bars & restaurants within few minutes walk. About 10 mins to Rialto Bridge and 20 mins to St Marks Square. Room was large & full of character with high ceilings - you can imagine how it looked as a palazzo - a bit dated but clean & a lovely double bed , lots of space for hanging clothes. Breakfast was simple but enough to start your day & keep you going for a day of sight seeing.
